John Bielecki is the principal consultant of CompassLead Consulting, Inc. a professional services company he founded in January of 2000 for the purpose of turning around previously failing ERP software implementations and operation turnaround projects.
John is a senior project manager and consultant in the field of implementing ERP systems, optimizing their usage and operations / process improvement within several industries.
He possesses expert level knowledge and experience in resolving extensive business issues within costing, order processing, manufacturing, purchasing, inventory / warehouse management and accounting.
John has successfully turned around several previously unsuccessful ERP system implementations within high intensity environments. He has also served as a litigation consultant to law firms in ERP system implementation suits, assisting them in winning multi-million dollar settlements.
John has successfully aided clients develop and implement, operational processes and practices for estimating, costing, order processing and fulfillment, software development, inventory management, and project management, to align with new market and customer demands for enabling them to continue sustaining their businesses during growth and retraction periods.
John has taught and conducted project management courses and workshops on the practical application of project management principles to managers, consultants, executives, and business owners. He has written project management procedure manuals and guides. John has also given several presentations regarding effective project management in technology based environments to executive groups.
Prior to starting CompassLead, John spent twelve years working for various international software companies holding positions ranging from Application Consultant to Operations manager having exceeded a $5 million dollar revenue target while responsible for managing a 50 person staff including project managers, consultants, and programmers for a large portfolio of clients.
During the first 15 years of his career, John held engineering positions ranging from designer to Chief Engineer and Director of Engineering for various manufacturing companies in several industries and was the founder of a consulting engineering company "Amedyne Design, Inc.". He is the inventor of patent # 4,466,787 issued on August 21,1984 “Apparatus for forming support device”
